I have used JTLnet for several years. The price is in the middle range, not too expensive, not to cheap either. Support response time is generally quick and they are helpful. I had very good uptime. The speed was not so good, but acceptable. The upstream to Europe was only around 500 KB/s.

The only issue that forced me to stop using them, was the hilarious price asked to upgrade 1GB of RAM: $30/month. For this kind of money only you can get a good VPS somewhere else with 2GB of RAM included.

Then I considered switching to a newer server and they started to talk about how much their technicians charge per hour. This is not how you should deal with a 3+ years customer who paid you thousands of dollars.
